Message From Mr Hurst

Last week we had 6 boys and 2 girls attend the WOWs Y3 football event. We were placed in a group of 7 schools with the top 2 going through to the semi finals and the final. 1 girl had to be on the pitch at all times and Skye and Tia did really well. Our aim for the day was to have fun, try our hardest and represent the school well. At the end of the day all these aims were achieved. During the day we played 6 games, winning 1 and losing 5. Our goals on the day were scored by Logan, Billy and Luckman scoring 2. Our win came against St Pauls after being 2-Nil down we finally won 3-2. This game was against the only other single form entry school in our group. Special mentions to Loui who was outstanding in goal and Billy who never once gave up and was really positive throughout.
